Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love every drop, scoop, and swipe of The Good Stuff. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it so.


Shipping Policy

We ship out orders Monday through Saturday by 1 PM (Mountain Time) — except on holidays… and the occasional “we-made-this-one-up” kind of holiday. We’re a small team, not a warehouse, but we hustle hard to get your Good Stuff out the door fast.

Here’s how we roll:

  • Processing Time: Most orders ship within 1 business day. If we’re buried in boxes or the snow’s flying sideways, it might take an extra day — but we’ll always do our best to beat the mail truck.

  • Carriers: We primarily ship via USPS, but occasionally use UPS if it makes more sense for your location.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can stalk your package (we do it too).

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Orders over $55 ship FREE anywhere in the U.S.

    • Orders under $55 ship for a flat $5 fee.

    • Note: If the USPS Jungle keeps getting pricier, this policy might evolve — but we’ll always keep it fair.

  • International Orders: Yes, we ship worldwide! Customs fees or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

If you have a shipping snafu, email us at wecare@thegoodstuffbotanicals.com, and we’ll track it down faster than a bear after honey — determined, a little wild, and fueled by Good Stuff.


Returns & Exchanges

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at wecare@thegoodstuffbotanicals.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
We’ll replace any damaged items once verified — the photos help us file a claim with the carrier (and keep them honest).


Not Quite What You Expected?

If a product just doesn’t suit you, no worries — we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for an 80% refund or a store credit (minus shipping).
Before sending anything back, please reach out so we can issue you a Return Authorization Number (it helps us match things up on our end).


How to Send It Back

  1. Email us at wecare@thegoodstuffbotanicals.com to request a Return Authorization.

  2. Pack your item securely, including your order number (printed or handwritten).

  3. Ship to the return address provided by our Concierge.

Once received, we’ll process your refund or credit within a few business days.


Notes & Fine Print

  • Returns or exchanges won’t be accepted after 30 days from receipt.

  • International customers: any import or brokerage fees charged during return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
