Pain-relieving botanical salve
This special handcrafted salve—available only for a limited time each year—is a labor of love for us here at The Good Stuff. We begin in winter's coldest months, when we bundle up and hike to our favorite cottonwood grove to mindfully gather the tree's buds.
In spring, when the sun’s warmth begins to open the golden arnica flowers, we pick those too, but not before we pull on our muckers and brave the swamps to gather the spiny devil’s club. We infuse this powerful trio in oils for a year’s time, strain out the plants and then use the resulting oils to make this powerful salve.
Cottonwood Creek acts as a natural pain reliever and topical anti-inflammatory for sore or over-worked muscles and joints. Whether you’ve been chopping wood or diving into your vinyasa yoga flow, this salve will save ya! With high levels of sesquiterpene lactones, Cottonwood Creek relieves pain and swelling by dispersing the fluids that build up in injured tissue, while mopping up the inflammatory debris and lactic acid caused by injury and strain.
Uses: soothes muscle aches, strains, hyper extensions, pain and swelling; sprains; bruises; arthritic joints and other joint pain; inflammation and swelling related to broken bones.
How to use: Gently and generously rub salve onto skin to relieve pain and inflammation in muscles and joints. Great for post-workout recovery. Avoid contact with eyes, mucus membranes, and open wounds. Check with your health guru before using if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding.

I am a 68 year old male and Cottonwood Creek lets me do the things I want, even when I know they might hurt, because I can get relief in short order. I had shoulder surgery a few years ago and it provides relief there for when I overdo things, which is always, and my clumsy feet also always need special attention at the end of a long day. Good stuff!

I love this product!!!! It relaxes me And it helps with my pain! I have a few herniated discs in my neck and degenerative disc disease with arthritis and this stuff is awesome! It has arnica which is a wonder plant!
