Terms and Conditions for The Good Stuff Botanicals ‘s Giveaways as of 7/14/23

1. Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:
   • Reside in United States
   • Are 18 years of age or older
   • Are not employees of The Good Stuff Botanicals or their affiliates, nor members of their immediate families or households.
2. Entry: To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the contest post on Facebook/Instagram/Newsletter. Extra entry may include liking, sharing, following, or tagging friends. Entries complete, accurate, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
3. Duration: The giveaway contest starts on 7/14/23 and ends on 7/31/23 at Midnight MST. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.
4. Prize: The winner will receive $100 Gift Certificate for The Good Stuff Botanicals online shop limited to skincare only. The prize, as defined in the terms, is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. 
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. The winner will be notified by direct message, and tagged on social media within 10 days after the deadline. If the winner does not respond within 10 days, another winner will be selected.
6. Publicity: By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow The Good Stuff Botanicals to use their name to announce that they are the winner of the contest. 
7. Liability: The Good Stuff Botanicals is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless The Good Stuff Botanicals and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
8. Governing Law: The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of United States of America.
9. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or related to the giveaway contest or these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration per the rules of an Arbitration Service. The arbitration will occur in Kalispell, Montana USA and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
10. Modification: The Good Stuff Botanicals reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. The Good Stuff Botanicals also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
