My sister has psoriasis and my sister-inlaw told me of a friend whom she had recommended it to as it really helped to clear up her arms. I sent a jar to sister and ordered one for myself. It is really helping clear up my sisters' feet which are her worse. I love how it softens my hands and arms. Give it 5 stars.
